About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Scanning Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Supervise team of scanners in a highly confidential environment
  1. Interact with prime contractor and client on this project
  2. Scan and digitize documents using specialized equipment and software
  3. Ensure that all documents are properly aligned, oriented and cropped
  4. Create and maintain a filing system for digital files and physical documents
  5. Perform quality checks to ensure that all scanned documents are of high quality and are legible
  6. Ensure that all original documents are returned to the appropriate individuals or departments
  7. Provide support to other team members as needed
Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Ideal candidate will come with experience working on an EHR project or a project that involves PII
  3. 3+ years of supervisory experience is required
  4. 5+ years of prior scanning or digitization experience preferred

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  1. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills
  4. Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must
