Social Finance, LLC seeks Fraud Data Analyst, Fraud Platform Integrity in Charlotte, NC:
Job Duties: Partner with Risk Infrastructure, Fraud Policy, Product and Engineering teams to
drive the enhancement of fraud prevention infrastructure. Assess 3rd party fraud vendors to
accelerate fraud prevention capabilities and fraud incident management. Analyze large datasets
to identify fraudulent activities and trends. Monitor fraud patterns and identify potential risks and
threats. Build reports and dashboards in Tableau to provide insights and trends to management.
Continuously monitor fraud prevention measures to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for
improvement. Conduct ad hoc analysis as required to support fraud prevention efforts. Create
models to optimize fraud vendor costs. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science,
Management Information Systems, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline, and
two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) SQL; (2) Python; (3) Snowflake; (4) R; (5) AWS (6) MongoDB;
(7) Hadoop; (8) Spark; (9) Airflow / ETL; (10) Data Analysis with focus on risk management
and/or fraud prevention; (11) Understanding of data relationships/relational databases; (12)
Working with large datasets; and (13) Metrics and dashboards visualizations on Tableau. Any
suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is
an option.
Salary: $128,606.00 - $147,896.00 per annum.
