Job description

Role: Office 365/MS Exchange Admin

Location: 1 day onsite in Pittsburgh PA, or Lake Mary FL

Duration: 6 Months + Extensions or Possible Conversion

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot higher-level, complex issues related to Office 365, Exchange Online, and Exchange on-premises.
  • Address mail flow issues and resolve duplicate account issues.
  • Collaborate with a team of engineers.
  • Act as an escalation point for urgent service issues during the India overnight shift.
  • Provide support via ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of email security principles and network security principles.
  • Experience with demark, DKIM, SPF, Proofpoint, and Exchange Online Protection would be a plus
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud-based certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree not required.
  • Experience with Exchange Server versions 2016 and 2019.
  • Previous experience working in a global support environment.
