Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, you are an integral part of the TDECU Recruiting team, providing an exemplary experience to internal business partners, candidates, and vendor partners. The Recruiting Coordinator performs operational, onboarding, and compliance-related tasks supporting the organization's recruiting functions, including direct hire, temp to perm, and university recruiting within the Recruiting Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Experience: At least two years of related experience is required. Experience with Workday is highly preferred. Experience with social media marketing preferred.
