The Parts and Rotables Sales/Component Services Intern supports the Parts and Rotables Sales or Component Services team as directed. This position will assist the E-Commerce administrator with developing, producing, editing and maintaining photographs of units, parts, and any other items that will be for marketed on the E-commerce website. The individual will be proficient with taking and uploading specific pictures of units to the E-commerce software. To accomplish the essential functions the person communicates and works with PRS and Component Group team members, E-commerce Business Development Team, Materials Dept Team members,

.Essential Job Functions

1. Assist the E-Commerce team with all aspects of the administrative requirements and photos that will be required for the E-commerce website.
2. Partners with the E-Commerce team with writing clear and concise item descriptions of units that will be sold through Duncan Aviation E-commerce website. They will ensure that the online product specifications, RTS documents, and pricing are accurate and are changed accordingly in a timely manner.
3. Work with IT and E-Commerce Administrator to ensure any issues that develop are followed up on and resolved.
4. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Currently a full-time student at a four-year college or university in Nebraska as junior or senior status; or currently a full-time student at a two-year college in Nebraska and successfully completed a minimum of one-half of the total credit hours required for an associate degree; or a resident of Nebraska, enrolled full-time in a four-year college or university in a state other than Nebraska, and achieved junior or senior status
• Proficiency with general computer use and use of Microsoft Software (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.)
• Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish helpful
