Position Type: Full-Time Temporary (~6 months)
Work Location: This is a remote position (see on-site requirements below).

**On-Site Requirements: On-boarding will require 1-2 visits to Patuxent River, MD for candidates that are local to the area. Candidates out of state will be onboarded virtually. Training will be virtual and telework maximized/permitted to the greatest extent possible, however for local candidates, training/tasking may require on-site work a few hours per week. Future on-site/telework requirements/schedules may change as additional client direction is received.

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint online Developer/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and administering SharePoint online solutions to meet business needs. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to design, developer and implement custom solutions using SharePoint.

  • Design, develop, and test custom SharePoint applications that meet customer requirements utilizing Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and/or Power BI) applications.
  • Customize SharePoint Framework (SPFx) applications with supporting technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, etc.).
  • Provide consultation to teammates regarding SharePoint/SharePoint Online (SPO) requirements, limitations, and industry best practices. Conduct in-depth research to devise innovative SharePoint solutions tailored to full specifications.
  • Provide customer support and assistance with troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint and/or SharePoint Online (SPO) site issues.
  • Manage and administer SharePoint environments (SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online)
  • Develop standard operating procedures and user documentation related to SharePoint and SPO sites.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications and Experience:


Required:

  • Experience developing, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing support within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps and/or Power BI) applications.
  • Experience gathering customer requirements and developing solutions.


Desired:

  • Experience developing custom web parts and applications using SPFx.
  • Experience with React JS application development to include the use of the REST and/or Graph API within the SPFx.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Teams.


Security Clearance:
Active TS/SSBI clearance OR active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SSBI. Requirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etc.

Education:
BS or BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Mathematics, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline. Preferred. Additional years of experience may replace degree requirements.
