ACARA Solutions and our defense client in Scottsdale, AZ have a contract-to-direct hire position available.

Material Handler 1st shift

  • As a Senior Material Handling Associate will help set and meet team goals by analyzing production rates data, reviewing stock records, and preparing purchase orders to determine stock status against production requirements.
  • You'll also identify material shortages support problem-solving resolution and document and distribute scrap/ salvage parts.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Senior Material Handling Associate

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Clear knowledge of the enterprise software and associated data
  • Clear knowledge of material planning, control, and inventory methodology
  • Ability to handle and process classified material
  • Clear knowledge of Government / Customer Property Control
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Computer skills to proficiently handle your routine tasks

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and potentially operate a forklift
