Culmen International is seeking a Research Psychologist to support a healthcare contract in Silver Springs, Maryland. This position will be required to be onsite.
This role involves conducting research and development to support behavioral health initiatives for the military. Duties include designing experiments, evaluating programs, analyzing data, and authoring technical reports and manuscripts. Travel to military sites for data collection is expected. Proficiency in research design, statistical software, and grant writing is required. The position demands building and sustaining relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, aiding in the execution of initiatives, and offering consultation. Leadership on projects and serving as a principal investigator are key responsibilities.
