MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Education, counseling, leadership, business, or other field related to assignment
2. BLS certification from American Heart Association (prior to students on campus)
EXPERIENCE:
1. Two (2) years' experience in administrative experience

1. Leadership, supervision, and administration of community outreach and partnerships, including, but not limited to, recruiting, external funding, advisory board, public and higher education partnerships, practice partnerships, events, and community service initiatives.
2. Serve as webmaster and manage all CNE publications
3. Alumni engagement
4. Data collection, analysis, and dissemination; produce reports
5. Collaborate with entities for securing external funding; some grant writing
6. Member of the Center for Nursing Education administrative team
7. Compliance, including, but not limited to, Clery Act, Title IX, Title IV, WV RN Board, ACEN accreditation, FERPA, HIPAA
8. Maintain alumni and partnerships records, contracts, and databases
9. Customer service, professionalism, student advocacy, and student satisfaction
10. Collaborate with WVU Medicine recruiting, communications, and marketing personnel
11. Continuous improvement and program evaluation
12. Diversity, equity, and inclusion, culture, fulfill mission of CNE, WVUH, and WVU Medicine
13. Oversee external events and community activities
14. Recruiting and meeting with prospective students, faculty, and staff
15. Strategic planning, develop strategic goals
16. Hiring, supervising, and evaluating outreach staff, assign workloads
17. Teach up to 3 credit equivalents per semester (fall, spring, and summer)
18. Advise AVP, Nursing Education regarding budget
19. Participate in accreditation preparation
20. Development, implementation, and enforcement of policies and procedures
