Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst Customer Supply Chain Initiatives
The Lead Analyst role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring, collaborative solutions with customers through their strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain, data analytics, project management and continuous improvement practices.
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas
Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 30% in office expectations
In this role you will:
Provide project management and analytics as it relates to customer supply chain improvement opportunities, such as:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end supply chain (Internal & External)
Identify opportunities to leverage existing Smucker supply chain capabilities
Leverage data analytics to improve service metrics while growing sales
Deliver proactive supply chain solutions that attain key performance metrics (Instock, On Time, In Full)
Understand the anticipated impact of recommendations to both Smucker and Customer Supply Chains
Monitor and measure results of implemented changes
Develop key task and project plans for timely completion of goals
Identify, design, and deliver supply chain solutions that balance cost & service to create a collaborative environment between our customers and JM Smucker
Build effective cross-functional working relationships to achieve established shared goals or objectives
Identify project risks and develop of contingency plans as necessary

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
3+ years of progressive business experience
Intermediate or advanced experience with Data visualization tools
Intermediate or advanced experience with Microsoft products
Detail oriented, organized and ability to multi-task
