Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up contract and billing terms within HDR accounting software.
  • Generate a high volume of customer invoices as directed by Billing Managers.
  • Work with user departments to assure customers requirements are met.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely billing of clients while complying with company policies.
  • Track and document contract billing requirements for customers.
  • Research and correct billing issues.
  • Test new software functionality.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Must be team-oriented and able to work with a variety of people in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, flexible well-organized and detail oriented.
  • Requires analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-volume billing environment and/or experience within the A/E/C industry preferred.
  • Bachelors or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred.
  • International billing experience is a plus.
  • Oracle E-Business Suite experience is strongly preferred.
  • Preference given to local candidates.
