About This Role:

Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC)a wholly owned subsidiary of Tria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talentedSenior Cyber Advisory and Consulting to support a USCYBERCOM's J2 and the J2 Intelligence Requirements Division (J29). Engage with USCYBERCOM Executive Leadership and components to identify intelligence, cyber, AI/ML, and big data requirements and modernization initiatives for the J2.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide senior advisory supporting in the areas of Cyber and Intelligence strategic planning and innovation
  • Advise on Cyber and Intelligence capability gaps, requirements, and tradecraft
  • Provide technical advisory support to USCYBERCOM J2 Data Science, Data Engineering, Big Data, and Data Architecture programs driving innovative solutions
  • Advise on Intelligence support to Cyber Network Offensive Operations, Defensive Operations, and Cyber Security

The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:

  • Expert experience in Cyber Network Offensive, Defense, or Cyber Security
  • Expert experience in intelligence operations in cyberspace
  • Expert experience in advising on modernization and innovation initiatives for cyber operations, data science, and/or AI/ML
  • Expert experience engaging and advising executive leadership

Professional Certifications:

N/A

Education:

Masters' degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or equivalent. An additional four years of relevant of experience may be considered as a substitute

Clearance:

Active TS/SCI Clearance w/ CI Poly

Years of Professional Experience:

10+ years

"Nice-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of FAR requirements and DOD acquisition processes
