Responsibilities

As an Operations Support Supervisor, you are responsible for helping define customer priority as well as keeping open and constant communication will all parties to keep projects on target. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

  • Manage clients' needs and concerns through on /offsite meetings
  • Comcast experience prefered.
  • Excel experience needed
  • Direct reports under you are project coordinators/ops support coordinators
  • Research and develop new projects and feasibility studies
  • Develop and maintain Job progress reporting for internal and external customers
  • Understand Telecom industry core business paths and support Management as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Assist with reporting and schedule monitoring of all assigned projects

Qualifications

About You:

  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
  • You have the ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • You can read and understand maps, drawings, and diagrams for the project build process
  • You have proven strong analytic/problem-solving skills
  • You have excellent verbal, written, phone, and interpersonal skills and have sales experience related to construction projects
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office products (with an emphasis on Excel)
