We are currently looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Management Analyst, Junior to support or PAX River, MD customer. The FMS Analyst:

Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. In support of the above functions, a Secret clearance is required for the position. Security Clearance level obtainable after assignment to position is acceptable. The Contractor will determine security level achievability prior to placement.


The ideal candidate:

  • Support the customer's FMS case
  • Ability to travel for domestic and international meetings and work in fast pace environment
  • Knowledge of FMS policies and procedures and demonstrated ability to apply that knowledge to help inform case execution
  • Ability to track, status and update program action items and risks
  • Ability to develop customer driven milestone charts and actively participate in integrated master schedule development
  • Ability to assist with the development of customer solutions to unique requirements
  • Assist in development of technical and financial responses to requests for P&A data, letters of request, and case modifications and amendment
  • Work within a multi-disciplinary IPT and coordinate with program analysts, financial/budgetary managers, engineers, and logisticians to promptly address customer requests and prepare program briefs

Minimum Education Requirement: A Bachelor's degree in Program Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline or allowable substitutions. Allowable substitutions include an Associate's Degree and four years of additional experience or six years of additional experience.

Minimum Experience Requirement: This position requires zero to three years of experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
