What You Will Do:

As Gannett Fleming continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a highly motivated Construction Management Intern to join our team in the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC area offices. Candidates must possess a "can do" attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong team building skills.

Gannett Fleming's Internship Program is a formal 10-12 week experience designed to fully immerse you in our culture. Emphasis is placed on mentorship and connection to peers across all our business lines while you work alongside leading experts in the engineering industry. During your internship, you will be working with a highly functioning team.

Working closely with supervisors and mentors, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist project management in construction management tasks
  • Organize and maintain project electronic and hard copy files
  • Assist in field survey work as necessary
  • The opportunity to gain experience working on billable projects
Education | Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in an accredited Engineering program working towards bachelor's or master's degree
  • An interest in learning more about careers in the engineering and construction management industry
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong verbal and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT desirable

  • Involvement with professional associations, on-campus groups, and/or community service initiatives
