Director role offers a significant opportunity for advancement, transitioning
from managerial or directorial positions with oversight over multiple units. It
entails a delicate balance between strategic planning and operational
management, while also focusing on mentoring and nurturing the growth of
reporting leaders. Direct reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) entails
a high level of responsibility and interaction with the executive team, system
leaders, and various disciplines. Strong budgetary knowledge and exceptional
interpersonal skills are essential. As part of a Magnet hospital committed to a
High Reliability Organization (HRO) model, the role emphasizes innovation and
evolving care models to enhance nursing and patient outcomes. Preferably,
candidates possess perioperative experience for a smoother transition. The
scope of responsibilities encompasses outpatient services within the acute care
environment, including the emergency department, perioperative services,
vascular lab, and behavioral health units. What We Offer Qualifications
