This position plans, organizes and directs the maintenance and repair of the building and its equipment.

Must be able to work night shift.

Hours:

7:00 PM - 5:30 PM (Until Finish) (10 hour guarantee).

No overtime potential.

Ensure a safe working of all equipment and systems
• Maintain equipment to ensure reliability - oil, grease, adjust as needed (conveyor and related equipment; forklifts, etc.)
• Maintain cost in department (parts, cleaning supplies etc.)
• Set specifications for new equipment and forklifts
• Work with vendors on new equipment
• Basic building maintenance (i.e. repairs to interior/exterior building)
• Work with vendors on new equipment

• High School diploma or its equivalent
• 5+ years electric lift truck experience
• Knowledge of conveyor/material handling equipment
• Ability to read, speak, understand and follow English instructions
• Ability to read blue prints and schematics on electric equipment
• Experience in building trades (painting, sheet rocking, welding and HVAC)
• Class A Driver's License
• Mechanical aptitude

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• Frequent Carry or Lift up to 20 pounds to perform various duties as assigned
• Frequent Push or Pull up to 20 pounds.
• Occasional carry or lift up to 100 lbs (Truck Tire).
• Frequent Standing or Walking for periods at a time
• Frequent Squatting or Bending to perform various office duties as assigned
• Occasional Climb Stairs
