Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an experienced Business System Leader to lead and manage our Quote to Cash workstream as part of an enterprise transformation enabled by Oracle Cloud Applications through design, implementation, and on-going enhancements/maintenance of the system.

Your Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:

  • Partner with Quote to Cash Global Process Owner, other Enterprise Transformation Team Workstream Leads, across Taylor, and with system implementer and other third-party partners to simplify, streamline, and modernize processes
  • Drive design, deployment, and adoption of system and operational process improvements in line with leading practice and corporate standards to accelerate benefits and meet stakeholder expectations
  • Facilitate decision making at optimal levels, ensure appropriate stakeholders are engaged, navigate personalities and conflict while creating alignment across Taylor
  • Lead teams of 4 to 8 Business Analysts responsible for configuration and ownership of the system including prioritizing system enhancement and sustaining ongoing business operations
  • Help your team provide support to related business areas including requirement gathering, change control, scope management, development, and testing
  • Develop and grow team members by providing opportunities, mentoring and feedback
  • Foster relationships and build influence to support program success
  • Partner with change management leadership and model behaviors in strengthening our transformation across the organization
  • Manage relationships with software providers to ensure optimal service, including participation and performance in contracts

Implementation & Project Management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine project needs & develop detailed plans
  • Lead workstream through business information systems, testing methodologies, training, business system analysis, and/or other applicable systems process (end to end, point to point and specific to module)
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, critical paths, and adjustments to succeed
  • Participate in PMO, set and manage workstream deliverables in line with program schedules and expectations
  • Acts as liaison between business, system integrator, and IT resources
  • Partner with Leaders across the company with ability to manage and communicate up, across, and down leadership levels
  • Lead your workstream to identify, elevate, and work to resolve risks, issues, and actions
  • Work in concert with other Enterprise Transformation Team Workstream Leads and across the program to maintain alignment and cross-functional coordination
  • Facilitate and report weekly status for their workstream, documenting project progress including timelines, risks, issues, and successes to maintain project course

You Must Have:

  • Oracle Cloud and Enterprise Resource Planning implementation experience
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Quote to Cash or Order to Cash-related modules like Customer Master/Pricing/Promising, Quote/Contracts/Order Fulfillment/Order Management, and Invoice to Cash
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, IT, or other closely related field
  • 15+ years of professional experience, 7+ years' experience leading within a large program
  • 10+ years of process improvement experience; especially experience that leverages technology
  • Large corporate transformation experience
  • Experience designing and constructing business processes and their links to technology
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to facilitate complex content to multi-level audiences
  • Aptitude for driving standards and passion for program processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams including program management, process-oriented teams, and IT
  • Ability to lead, coach, and facilitate a team, have direct reports and informal direct reports in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think independently and effectively, meet tight deadlines by managing multiple tasks/deliverables at varying complexities
  • Demonstrates experience in managing and coordinating multiple projects, people and tasks including setting priorities and meeting deadlines
  • History of confidently leading through and managing uncertain, evolving situations
  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. quarterly and possibly more during testing and installs

We Would Also Prefer:

  • Proficiency in Jira and various testing tools
  • Experience in waterfall and agile project methodology
  • Experience in Oracle EBS and related ERP on-premises implementations
  • Experience engaging offshore teams creating a round-the-clock working environment
