Job Description
  • Administer physical therapy screening, evaluation, and treatment to residents, ensuring personalized care aligned with their needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to each resident.
  • Document resident progress accurately and comprehensively, utilizing state-of-the-art technology for seamless record-keeping.
  • Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development by obtaining CEUs in accordance with state requirements.

Qualifications
  • Graduate degree from an APTA accredited Physical Therapy Program or equivalent for foreign trained therapists.
