Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facility.
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client's expectations.
Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL.
Serve as onsite AmbassadorEnsure Ambassador services are executed in a manner consistent with the SLA's, standard processes, professional brand image and compliant with applicable local laws, rules, and regulations.
Strive to continually improve experience service performance.
Manage in resolving problems associated with building services.

Help be the liaison for the landlord and provide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff, and service providers to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption.
Receptionist supportAnswer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner.
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors may have.
Process temp and perm badges when required.

Manage and maintain facility including ordering and delivering office supplies, mail pickup and delivery, pantry/break room area.
Provide support in completing site audits.
Assist Occupancy Planner with duties as required.
Support lunch deliveries and catering as required.
Provide facility-specific assistance to the team as needed such as running errands and light cleaning of the facility.
Ability to work outside of normal (8am-5pm) business hours when needed.
Complete ad-hoc duties and tasks as requested.

Qualifications
High School degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility / property management, operations and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a passion for hospitality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to always maintain professionalism under stressful situations
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
Ability to work independently - strong prioritization and time management skills.
