We are looking for a bright, energetic, and driven individual to serve as a Compensation Manager within the Total Rewards function in People & Culture. As a member of the People & Culture team, you will contribute to a positive experience for our employees, managers, and colleagues. You will lead the execution of critical global compensation management initiatives and programs. In this role, you will be expected to liaison with global stakeholders across P&C including Operations, Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition as well as other internal resources in Technology and Finance.

This role is based in our Chicago office. We are operating in a hybrid environment (3 days/in office).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution on major compensation programs, including year-end compensation and bonus process, mid-year compensation process, and pay equity analysis
  • Support governance and administration of job catalog and related pay structures
  • Manage audit and maintenance of compensation related information in Workday
  • Work with global colleagues in People & Culture, Technology, and Finance and external vendors to successfully execute programs
  • Act as point of contact supporting North America regional compensation topics
  • Support global special projects and initiatives within Total Rewards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Economics or a related field
  • Intellectual curiosity to think creatively, learn quickly, skilled problem solver, and build efficient solutions
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Workday and MS Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint and Word
