The Inventory Control Coordinator will maintain the organization's inventory, by monitoring and reviewing daily reports and making inventory adjustments when necessary. The Inventory Control Coordinator will use all available data to identify trends to drive continuous improvement and data-based decisions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Maintains consistent stock of inventory, ordering new stock up to pre-authorized limit as inventory dwindles
Processes inventory transactions daily in a timely and accurate manner
Assists with the management of receipts routing and goods receipts
Maintains accurate daily records of goods received and shipments made
Participants in various reoccurring counting practices including semiannual physical inventory count as well as more frequent cycle counts; audits counts as needed
Manages and maintains inventory system; facilitates upgrades to related database and/or software under the direction of the purchasing or inventory control manager
Performs other related duties as requested
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication skills with warehouse workers, purchasing department, and outside vendors
Understanding of inventory control procedures
Experienced with MRP systems, preferably JD Edwards/Oracle
Experience with Process Improvement
Organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
Forklift truck license, preferred
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience performing similar work
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with computerized inventory systems required
Forklift operator certification preferred
Physical requirements:
Indoor factory setting
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times
Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low

Compensation Details
Annual Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00Additional Compensation
The Salary offered will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and will be compared with internal equity along with market data for this position. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus through the company bonus program. This position may also be eligible to receive a Relocation bonus, payable as a taxable lump sum, in accordance with the Sundyne Relocation Policy.Application Deadline:
