The role of an E-Commerce Fulfillment Team Member is to get product to the customer as fast as possible and is a critical function within our logistics. The role you'll play is having the opportunity to positively impact the experience our customers have by ensuring orders are packed and sorted quickly while maintaining product quality and freshness

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Pick items for customer orders accurately and quickly; meeting service and required ship time standards.
• Properly prepare, pack and sort customer orders for shipment using correct materials in a timely manner.
• Meet pick and pack productivity expectations.
• Complete return to stock tasks according to best practice.
• Monitor and communicate with your leader when supplies are needed.
• Properly use equipment while following safety best practices.
• Manually load outbound orders into 3rd party carrier trailers.
• Leverage appropriate escalation tools to solve process and/or fulfillment issues; notify leader(s) as needed.
• Execute end-of-day procedures
• Follow all safety guidelines, operating procedures, product freshness and quality standards.

All other duties based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of warehousing procedures.
• Previous experience as a fulfillment associate preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a loud environment.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Ability to withstand exposure to varying weather conditions and temperatures in warehouse and on loading dock.

• Must be able to bend, pull and lift 50 lbs. consistently throughout the course of a workday
• Must be able to climb ladders, use a pallet jack
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to pull and or push rolling carts
• Proven history of punctuality
• Basic math skills
• Must have good dexterity skills
