Responsibilities:

  • Support new hire on-boarding delivery and design, and work with leaders to support development of training matrices and departmental onboarding plans.
  • Design and deliver learning content for in-person, virtual and digital formats.
  • Conduct needs analysis to assess, recommend, design, and deliver training to address performance gaps and on-board new team members.
  • Implement evaluation to measure training effectiveness, to include partnering with leadership to ensure training programs are meeting the needs of both employees and management.
  • Engage (one on one) with employees to ensure the training program is contributing to a positive work experience.
  • Partner with HR data and technology team to administer the learning management system (Litmos).
  • Support Production Trainer in training design, documentation, and scheduling of production technical training.
  • Develop, manage, and update the training matrices to support production team trainer.
  • Support LCS Trainer in design of learning content as time allows.
  • Support Safety Manager with required trainings: training documentation, design, and delivery of training as needed.

Position Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in learning technology, digital design, communications, or related field.
  • At least two (2) years of related experience in coaching, consultation, training design or other human resources training field.
  • Self-starter and proven problem solver.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proven critical thinking skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • LMS administration experience.
  • Advanced MS office skills and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools.
