Prerequisite for training:
- Completion of 3 years of Pediatric Residency in an approved training program - this requirement may be waived if an applicant is deemed to have commensurate experience
- 3 Letters of Recommendation
- Completion of medical school in the U.S. or Canada or be ECFMG certified if an international medical graduate.
- Obtaining a District of Columbia training or unrestricted medical license prior to starting fellowship training.
- Successful completion with a passing grade all three steps of the USMLE.
