We are currently recruiting for Director- Water/Wastewater Vertical Infrastructure who will lead a major company-wide initiative to expand our participation in the Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Market, focused on rehabilitation of vertical assets (treatment plants, pumping stations, tanks, digesters, etc.). This position will help develop and oversee the implementation of STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES' marketing and sales plan for rehabilitation of vertical assets within the water/wastewater market sector, incorporating strategies that integrate marketing, sales and technologies.

This position will report to the Sr. Vice President of Water/Wastewater Infrastructure and work closely with our various technical Subject Matter Experts to bring value added services and products to a select set of engineering and contracting partners within the Water/Wastewater market. These partners are leading major design-build companies across the country. After bringing these partners added value products and services during the investigation and design phase of projects, this leader will also work with our contracting entities to bring their expertise and self-performing construction capabilities to the team.

Major responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing marketing and sales plans for rehabilitation of vertical assets in the water/wastewater market.
• Developing strong relationships and partnerships with the top major design-build engineers and contractors across the country who focus on the Water/Wastewater market.
• Ensuring strategic account plans for working with these partners and securing specific projects are developed and facilitate their implementation.
• Develop opportunities ensuring our participation as a design-build team member.
• Measuring the implementation and effectiveness of strategies across the business.
• Coordinating between departments (sales, technologies, engineering, operations, etc.) to ensure needed collaboration to bring services and expertise to our partners for the investigation, design and construction phases.
• Coordinating pipeline and sales review meetings with corporate officers to provide progress reports on the initiative.
• Coordinating Marketing programs, ensuring proper follow up.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements to be considered for this newly created position on our Marketing team

• Bachelor's degree preferably civil engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in the Water/Wastewater (design and or construction) market as an Engineer or Business Development Specialist
• Experience working with major design build contractors and or engineers in the Water/Wastewater market
• Ability to analyze market data and provide marketing & sales management strategies
• Demonstrated experience and aptitude in conducting meetings and / or presentations that showcase technology and design solutions
• Ability to help develop and implement sales and marketing programs
• Location is flexible - Willingness to travel and work with key accounts across the country
