Minimum Qualifications:
-Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency.
-Current or temporary licensure in state of West Virginia. Permanent licensure within 90 days of hire OR if a recentgraduate, must be working toward completion of Clinical Fellowship with a current provisional West Virginia license.-Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides full range of speech therapy services to patients of West Virginia University Hospitals. The staff speech therapist works independently and in consultation of referring physicians with guidance of supervisory personnel, organizing treatments to meet established criteria and proper documentation in patients' medical record
