We are currently looking for a System Engineer Analyst Level 0

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Understands analog and digital network infrastructures, assists in gathering relevant information for operations planning.
* Assists in development and implementing CONOPs and planning operational scenarios.
* Assists in the evaluation of systems and platforms for use in operational scenarios.
* Familiarity with scripts, automation/analysis tools, and engineering documentation applications (e.g.
Python, Perl, O/S CLI, macros, GENESlS, C, C++, Java, Plan-IT, Xacta, JIRA, SbarePoint, Visio, AutoCAD, CAD, DataXplo rer/GEOXplorer, TKB, MS Project, XK.eyscore, Google Earth, Mist, PowerPoint, Pulse, COSMIC, Wireshark, LNl, Renior).
* Familiarity with technical documentation to include white papers, ITU Standards, SPF process, network diagrams, dataflow diagrams, SSPs, and use cases
* Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
* Comply with project plans and industry standards
* Ensure systems are updated with latest features

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* TS/SCI w/ Poly
* No demonstrated experience is required.
* Associate's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
* A technical certification in any of the following is required: ClNS, Security+, CCNA, CEH, SSCP, GSEC,SCNP, SCNA, ClSA, GSE, or ClSSP.
* Two (2) years of additional Systems Engineering Analyst experience may be substituted for an associate' s degree.
