Job/Internship Description
*Overview:* Cedar Fair, a leader in the amusement park industry, has an opening for an a Marketing Intern on our Strategic Alliances team. *How You'll Make A Difference: * *Job Summary**:* We are seeking an individual to assist in the execution and activation of our partnership agreements. This position will oversee the trafficking of all digital content to our parks and will manage multiple digital playlists, receive and schedule all advertising spots, and monitor campaign performance for our clients. This position also works closely with the Strategic Alliances team, directly with corporate partners and our parks to fulfill and exceed the clients' expectations. This position will report to our Corporate Manager, Strategic Alliances. *We're Looking For:* *QUALIFICATIONS*: * Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program required, preferably in Marketing or Business * Experience in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Photoshop; presentation proficiencies * Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and ability to comfortably communicate with all levels * Proven experience in project management and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously * Candidate should be able to work well independently and in large group settings, as well as handle multiple assignments * Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test and background check, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy *Essential Duties AND Responsibilities:* * Assist in producing and distributing client proposals, recaps and case studies to the sales team and clients, through the use of production tools and software * Assist in the management and execution of digital media advertising including drafting production timelines and asset requirements, reviewing client assets, putting together creative briefs, routing materials to sponsors for approval, and communicating sponsor feedback to creative teams * Liaison with the programming and digital creative production and ad sales teams as needed * Gathering of required production assets, delivery to the screens at each park, performance monitoring and communication to all parties of each FunTV related campaign * Aid in the development of wrap-up presentations, case studies and awards submissions as needed * Adheres to and enforces all Cedar Fair and specific Park policies and procedures, including safety, attendance and EEO policies, and demonstrates a commitment to customer service in all aspects of employment * Other duties as may be assigned
