Description

POSITION SUMMARY: The goal of the position is to ensure the effectiveness of the workers compensation program by providing our employees with opportunities to return to productive work and reducing the frequency and financial risk associated with work related injuries. Assists administrator as necessary in the workers' compensation claim intake and reporting process, claims management, interacting with carriers or third-party administrators, and developing of transitional-duty work assignments. May assist with timekeeping for employees who are absent due to work-related injuries.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in a medical, rehab or similar educational field AND 3 years of experience with West Virginia worker's compensation programs.

OR

High School diploma or equivalent AND seven (7) years of experience with West Virginia worker's compensation programs.

- Valid Driver's License throughout employment.
