Role Summary:

The DevOps Integration Specialist / Engineer - Cloud Formation Engineer applies knowledge of containerization models and orchestration to develop, manage, and maintain the environments for our customer. In this role, you will be focused on containerization of applications with Rancher and development of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline. You will support continuous integration, build and deploy processes, monitor environments, and provide exceptional IT services. You will also be required to provide on-call after hours support for severity 1 outages on a rotating basis (1 week total per month).

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience working in large-scale production environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with Linux
• Advanced understanding of Linux, Networking, and Internet principles
• Programming skills in one or more scripting languages, preferably php
• Experience with Docker containers
• Experience with Rancher or other Kubernetes container management applications
• Experience with developing end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in monitoring infrastructure and applications using tools like Nagios, Prometheus, & InfluxDB
• Experience with automation tools such as Chef, Terraform or Ansible
• Experience managing & tuning java services in a production environment.
• Experience implementing technologies with a focus on operability, reliability, and scalability
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent technical experience)
• Familiarity with the SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and associated tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Experience working with Drupal (7/8/9) is preferred
