Responsibilities:
  • Manage all production-related activities, ensuring they are performed safely and meet company requirements.
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities within the plant to ensure products meet specifications and routine testing is conducted.
  • Oversee production team, performance, activities, and metrics to optimize efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all staff.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in developing an employee-led safety culture.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
