We currently have an excellent opportunity available for a remote Project Manager position to report to our Hunt Valley, MD office.

What you will do:

The remote Proposal Manager will respond to Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitations and assess Request for Proposals. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Analyze Request for Proposal requirements.
  • Develop and manage proposal schedule and deadlines.
  • Prepare detailed proposals including outlines using proposal instructions and evaluation criteria and resumes and project descriptions.
  • Manage proposal submittal documents from start to finish, ensuring that the technical and management solutions offered are clearly communicated.
  • Lead development of win themes, and support resume and project selection using an understanding of scope requirements.
  • Collaborate with teaming partners.
  • Organize, manage, and participate in proposal color reviews, including quick turnaround reviews.
  • Review proposals to ensure corporate and legal compliance.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department to create submittal requirements, including covers, diagrams, organization charts, maps, and graphic data layouts.
  • Identify and analyze losses.
  • Track RFP data and win rate.

What you will need:

  • BA or BS in communications, marketing, or related discipline.
  • Six years of experience performing proposal development for environmental, or engineering firms is desired.
  • Understanding of the Federal Market sector.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical staff.
  • Outstanding organizational and logistical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience using Adobe Acrobat to edit and create PDFs.
  • Ability to respond to last-minute requests and compressed production schedules.
