Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Job Location: Hunt Valley, MD
Hourly Rate: Up to $29hr depending on experience.
Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm

Job Summary:
  • Come join our team! We currently have an exciting possible Temp-to-Perm opportunity in Hunt Valley, MD for a Customer Service Coordinator Maintaining and developing customer relations within the Machinery Division by coordinating with internal departments and by building customer relationships to ensure positive customer interactions. Must be skilled in Word/Excel spreadsheets.
Job Description:
  • Maintain and develop customer relations within the Machinery Division by coordinating with internal departments and by building customer relationships to ensure positive customer interactions.
  • Increase customer satisfaction throughout our business.
  • Coordinate, confirm, and attend service visit exit meetings to provide support to Field Service Engineers and customers.
  • Follow up post service visit ensuring customer receives service report and all quotations recommended during the visit.
  • Will follow up with customers after service is complete and maintain relationship continuously.
  • Work with the supporting customer service engineers to maintain accurate schedule and workflow.
  • Coordinate follow up for any service contract.
  • Coordinate follow up on rebuild quotations and the customer call log.
  • Gather customer feedback and work internally to address their concerns.
  • Manage daily service requests.
  • Coordinate schedules with customer service teams.
  • Analyze customer feedback to improve customer service.
  • Provide excellent customer service including answering customer queries and responding to client feedback.
  • Respond to customer emails, letters, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager as directed.
Required:
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
  • Word/Excel spreadsheet competence.
  • SAP experience and/or equivalent systems.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Need someone motivated and organized.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to work in fast paced changing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Occasional overtime during the week/weekend may be required.
Preferred:
  • Past experience working for a manufacturing company is a plus.
Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED
