Job Description

We are hiring an Operations Administrator to work at our Curtis Bay manufacturing facility. The Operations Administrator is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative functions for the Production department that includes operations, EHS, and logistics support for the overall Curtis Bay facility. Duties include following:

Responsibilities
  • Compiles employee time, and payroll data and other records. Reviews time in KRONOS, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies; Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records; Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
  • Issues requisitions for all raw materials, packaging materials, supply items and completes goods receipts in SAP when materials received. Assists with maintaining records and inventory data.
  • Work with department manager in scheduling events, manages attendance for department.
  • Comply with all plant environmental, health, safety, and process safety standards and procedures. Report hazards, deviations, and injuries in a timely manner.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • 2 years' administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have excellent communication both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, Power point, and SAP
Preferred Qualifications
  • DOT experience
  • Prior Logistics experience
  • SAP or other ERP
