We serve owners and managers of infrastructure, as well as designers, engineers, and general contractors, across the U.S. and in selected international markets.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Inside Business Development Manager. This position will be based out of our Columbia, MD office. As an Inside Business Development Manager for Structural Technologies, you will perform daily activities to promote products and services to targeted customers resulting in scheduled appointments for Sales Representatives throughout the United States. Utilizing phone calls, virtual meetings, and electronic communications, the Inside Business Development Manager will dialogue with potential customers to help identify and qualify prospects and opportunities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Identify and establish connection with potential customers that lead to appointments
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives
• Participate in Sales meetings and training

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this exciting opportunity:

• Previous sales experience
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred
• Experience with online bid / lead services
• Experience with MS Excel and data management
• Candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree may be given preference
• Travel 5%-10% of the time
