The Regional Manager is responsible for selling our product and services to customers in their territory by finding out what the customer wants, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth sales process. They will work to find new sales leads and visit existing clients in order to meet sales goals.


Key Responsibilities
    • Meet or exceed strategic regional sales goals by generating qualified leads, establishing and maintaining a high profile presence in the industry, and execute well planned itineraries.
    • Develop client commitment by identifying and building relationships with key decision makers, educating clients on the value of our products and services, prepare clients to overcome competitive issues and provide unparalleled customer service.
    • Deliver well-specified projects by developing the strategic approach, managing engineering resources, influence the use of our standard plans and specifications and promote the most efficient design.
    • Deliver well budgeted projects by developing a strategy to meet profit expectations, effectively manage estimating resources for tank and site work pricing and identify and mitigate potential risks early in the prospect development.
    • Effectively manage the territory by utilizing marketing resources, coordinating with administrative resources to maintain sales systems, being prepared for meetings and developing and maintaining accurate projections.
Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other technical field, such as Construction Management
    • 5 - 10 years of experience preferably in the Municipal, Consulting or Construction industry
    • PE or ability to obtain PE, preferred
    • The ability to travel 3 or more days each week
    • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • The ability to multitask

$100,000 - $130,000 a year
This is our good faith estimate of the base salary compensation range for this opportunity. Individual pay decisions will vary based upon the experience and qualifications of the applicant. This range is based on market rates and determined by considering many factors such as external market salary survey data, internal data for comparable roles, and the operational and budgetary objectives of the company.
