General Responsibilities | Works closely with the coordinator to provide outreach, recruitment, enrollment, programming, and operational support at the specialist level for the workforce development area. Serves as a point of contact for workforce development program inquiries from students, instructors and businesses and provides timely responses, working from a strong knowledge base of all workforce development programs and applying customer service best practices. Applies skills and tools for data collection, retrieval, and visualization to track and report progress and outcomes. Resourcefully resolves routine challenges and issues related to area of responsibility. |
