What you'll do:
SUMMARY:
The Human Resources Intern is
responsible for supporting and assisting the HR office by supporting
progressive Human Resources systems, initiatives, and processes in the areas of
recruitment/selection, benefits, compensation, and performance management.
JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist
HR Generalist and Manager with daily HR duties, such as onboarding,
offboarding, and employee relations
Creates,
maintains, and updates confidential employee files and medical files.
Asists
with the coordination of New Employee Orientation
Respond
to inquiries regarding the organization's processes, policies, procedures,
and programs
Enter
all new hire employee data in HRIS.
Assist
in administration of company compensation and benefits programs
Assist
with HR special projects.
Other
duties as needed.
What you need to be successful:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently working to obtain a Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources or related field
Ability to work in a highly confidential
environment
Self-motivated with the ability to stay
on task
Innovative team player
Intermediate computer skills are
required
Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite
Strong Communication skills, verbal and
written
Organizational, problem-solving, and
analytical skills
