Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and creative UI Designer to join our team! You will be responsible for delivering the best online user experience, which makes your role extremely important for our success and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be designing ideas using various methods and latest technology. You will be designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, forms, and widgets.


Responsibilities

  • Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for users
  • Account for and track the human-computer interaction (HCI) element of a design
  • Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
  • Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management
  • Analyze customer responses and website data to determine high traffic web pages and why some perform better than others
  • Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to Assess user experience
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
  • Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous working experience as a UI Designer for 5 years
  • Excellent UI design portfolio
  • BA in design or similar relevant field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • 5 years of experience with HTML5 & CSS3
  • Familiarity with Human-Computer Interaction
  • OmniGraffle, Figma, and other web design tools
  • Agile and Scrum Methodologies
