The Access segment consists of the JLG and Jerr-Dan business units. At JLG, we are committed to being the provider of choice worldwide for access equipment. Position Summary:

This position provides support to the Communications and Community Engagement, Human Resources, and Marketing departments by working on a variety of projects to gain knowledge and experience in various aspects of these departments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:

  • Support internal and external communication activities and requests
  • Assist in exhibits and special events planning and execution
  • Work with community organizations to plan events and coordinate activities
  • Develop marketing and human resource materials
  • Review and edit communications materials
  • Coordinate, post content, and distribute company news releases on company Intranet site
  • Maintain intranet updates and coordinate changes, as necessary
  • Assist with internal and external communication pieces
  • Responsible for supporting Marketing and Human Resource team
  • Excellent communications skills (perfect verbal and written skills), highly organized and resourceful
  • Communicates in a confident, professional manner with all levels of internal staff and outside parties by phone, fax, mail, and email
  • Good knowledge of media and publications applications
  • Assist team with any other projects, as needed. This may include, but is not limited to, presentation material assembly, collateral content, and miscellaneous administrative assistance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree
  • Experience with MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator)
