UDR will be hosting a Property Management Job Fair at Brookridge for our open Maintenance positions in our Nashville Area portfolio.

We will be conducting interviews on Tuesday, October 23rd from 4pm-7pm at our Ridgewood community.

Maintenance Tech: Industry experience preferred. Will also consider applicants with skills in the following areas: HVAC, Drywall and Painting, Electrical and Plumbing, and Appliance Repair. Must be willing to work a rotated on-call schedule. HVAC certification required. Valid DL required. Positions open in Silver Spring, MD and Washington DC (SW).
