The Senior Program Manager is responsible for delivering senior level management and oversight to the assigned program(s). The planning and management of single or multiple project teams and possess overall responsibility for program performance including cost, schedule, deliverables and contractual compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
15+ years of Program Management experience.
15+ years of Federal Human Resources experience.
Proven track record of managing large and complex (multiple contract type) Federal contracts.
Successful leadership providing service to a diverse population of internal and external resources.
Proven experience in maintaining self-motivation, maintaining attention to detail, and persistence to achieve objectives across long periods of experience.
