I.    JOB SUMMARY 

The Team Lead-Warehouse, will assist Departmental Supervision in completing, assessing, training and directing warehouse activities. They will also act as the designee for decision making during the absence of the direct supervisor. Assistance to other departments and coordination of meetings for multi-purpose situations will be assigned on an as-needed basis.

•    Responsible for receiving, picking, and shipping activities using an ERP system and following guidelines/policies 
•    Responsible for maintaining day-to-day operations of the Warehouse Team, to include all warehousing area and the support systems following SQDEP model
•    Maintain and/or prepare and SOP's within cGMP requirements.
•    Responsible for successfully achieving warehouse schedules 
•    Lead and support daily/weekly/monthly safety actions/initiatives
•    Participate in cGMP training and off sight training related to warehousing and supply chain management to seek ways to increase operational efficiency.   
•    Train, mentor and provide support to subordinates as required to support warehouse operations.
•    Provide technical solutions and acts as area Subject Matter Expert to support warehouse
•    Maintains a current and detailed knowledge of cGMP with an ability to train and advise subordinates.
•    Support regulatory/client audits as needed
•    Participate/lead in cross-training and special projects

III. MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS
•    HS Diploma/GED. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•    1 year of hands-on Warehouse supervision or demonstrated leadership required 
•    6+ years of related experience required
•    Prior cGMP experience is strongly preferred
•    Prior experience with SAP preferred
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams)
•    Excellent organization and communication skills
•    Must have the ability to multi-task and coordinate workload by priority
•    Must be customer service and quality driven
