Description

Position Summary:

Responsible for administrative and operational management and fostering effective collaboration between the department, WVU Medicine clinical site personnel, and contracted partners. Focuses on supporting the daily functions of the HVI Chair and VP, managing administrative personnel, payroll process, and event coordination. The individual is responsible for process improvement, and implementation of the Department and Corporations long-range plans, short-term goals and overall strategic plans and current operations. Facilitates hospital planning by serving in a leadership capacity both intra-departmentally and inter-departmentally to insure communication and goal congruency. Develops annual goals and objectives for all department sections in conjunction with and based upon, institutional needs.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or related field required OR Associate degree and five (5) years' experience in supervisory experience

-Three (3) years' experience at the supervisory level
