Job Description

Your responsibilities

- Receive and direct all visitors including vendors, clients, and customers

- Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants

- Assure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures - Incoming phone call management skills required

- Microsoft Word experience required

- Deep understanding of mail processing

- Filing experience

- navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred

- MS Outlook experience desired

- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
