**Northrop Grumman** is currently seeking a **Associate Supply Chain Manufacturing Specialist** for our **Elkton, Maryland** facility.
The **Northrop Grumman Propulsion Systems and Controls (PS&C)** facility in Elkton, Maryland began solid-propellant rocket operations in 1948. Today, the Elkton PS&C facility designs, develops, and produces solid-propellant propulsion and ordnance systems in programs professionally managed for a wide variety of Government and commercial customers. The facility also serves as the hub for offsite engineering and test facilities in Ronkonkoma, NY and Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

**Description:**
+ Plans, prepares, and communicates production schedules to effectively drive operational execution
+ Establishes schedule priorities within resources, machines, and equipment
+ Analyzes shop floor demand against capacity
+ Engages with stakeholders to resolve potential conflicts / schedule risk
+ Coordinates product handoff between work centers
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3 years' of Supply Chain, Planning, Operations, or Project Management experience with a Bachelor's degree (7 years' experience total in lieu of a Bachelor's), or a Master's degree with 1 years' of experience)
+ Analytical skills required for determining priorities, lead times, and shop floor schedules.
+ Ability to clearly express oneself verbally and in writing. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include strong presentation, project, and organizational skills.
+ Strong computer skills such as Outlook, Word, Project, Excel (intermediate level or higher) & PowerPoint.
+ Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3 years' cost, schedule, and quality software experience
+ Experience with Earned Value Management a plus.
+ Able to effectively interact in a cross functional group setting, such as Program Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Executives.
+ Able to read and interpret drawings, bills of materials, routings, non-conforming materials reports, and other common manufacturing documents.
+ Ability to evaluate and analyze spreadsheets and data to enable operational decision-making or present clear recommendations to cross functional group, both verbally and in writing.
+ Basic understanding of critical path, value chain, project life cycle, and Theory of Constraints (TOC)
Salary Range: $53,800.00 - $80,600.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
