Job Description
The Curative Testing Program is rolling out the distribution of COVID-19 Testing at mobile and fixed sites across the country. This role will be very hands-on, and a great opportunity for someone looking to grow in their career. The HR Coordinator will assist their designated HRGeneralist and help manage the National team.Responsibilities:? Assist HR Generalists? Submit Initial Activations and begin Onboarding process for new employees? Be the first point of contact for new hires? Provide Welcome packets/information to new employees? Regular audits on current and previous employees employment status/access? Maintain company HRIS system for the assigned locations? Communicate closely with functional organizations on a variety of business activities asrequired? Provide individual and group training on a variety of HR tools, policies and procedures,management training and topics as required? Assist employees with day to day HR questions and requirements? Provide Daily Recruitment Numbers to the team? Oversee Helpscout system and handle/assign tickets accordingly for National team? Update Lucid Organizational Chart? Assist with Employment Verifications for employees? Support the HR functional teams (i.e. talent acquisition, etc.) with large scale HR initiativesand annual processes? Covers and backs up the fellow HR Coordinators on the National and Supply Chain team? Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:? Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (Required)? Full cycle benefits experience? Experience onboarding/off-boarding employeesPreferred Skills & Experience:? Prefer experience in startups and fast paced environments.? Must be extremely detailed, organized and conscientious.? Proven ability to build solid, trusting and credible relationships.? Excellent ability to communicate, both in writing and verbally? Must have excellent judgment and have shown maturity in past experiences? Strong project management skills, comprehensive tact and discretion? Strong process improvement orientation? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of theorganization including employee relations, coaching, communications and presentations,etc.? Ability to work within a diverse and cross-functional team?
