Role Summary

• Lead end-to-end research projects, including ideation, prototyping, feedback cycles
• Advocate research findings in clear, concise, and compelling ways to stakeholders
• Design and conduct user research studies, with an emphasis on tactical research, including surveys, heuristic evaluation, usability, and concept/prototype testing for our existing and future products
• Establish relationships cross-functionally with Designers, Product Managers, and Developers to deliver actionable insights and influence product design

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate and participate in design & co-creation workshops
• Develop and maintain detailed information architecture and design specifications
• Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings.
• Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into the design.
• Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications to Product and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Perform metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts.
