Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Field Office Administrator, we'll count on you to provide support to construction field offices. Duties will include document control, change order management, pay item documentation and control, and project close out.

Qualifications

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
  • Knowledge of Federal requirements for Labor Compliance (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ADOT's computer systems (FAST, PEN, & Quantlist) (preferred)
  • High attention to detail and deadlines
  • Ability to work with and take direction from multiple levels of professional staff
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
